Wasn't sure if this should go in bug reports since it's for Stimutacs. If you know of a bug that isn't on this list, please reply here so I can add it.
1. Buildings don't need to employ workers to produce but some can't buy or sell stock unless there is a worker.
2. Workers are paid even when a building isn't producing anything, this will eventually empty every building of investment.
3. Buying fire from campfires doesn't work, you pay the money and it goes to the fire's investment but you never recieve the fire, instead you are stuck in "processing transaction" until you escape out.
4. Attempting to sell leather to the maps shop won't work, you get stuck in processing transaction.
5. Instability issues, people get spammed with "unwanted texture" errors and sometimes the game crashes while travelling.
6. Kissing resets health and needs, this makes food and drink worthless.

I agree with you for kissing. I can't imagine what will happend if some parent find that other player ask his son for a kiss and boy agree. Think boy would never again play this and can also have legal problems.

Remove the kissing since parents might not like it?
Don't quite know what to think of that. But it is odd that you believe that yet haven't mentioned any worry of parents not liking weed or alcoholic drinks. Parents would be far more concerned with those 2 things then simple kissing.
Its just a game, no need to be so paranoid.
ham, 1 and 2 on your list are definable by world and building, so those settings might be intentional. Mit has always used the 'pay only when running' setting on his world. Most other players use the 'pay all the time' setting on their worlds.

8. hunger thirst doesn't appear to work properly. My hunger or thirst hasn't gone up in over a day. It seems to only go up when moving around and interacting with things on the world.

50 cheese lost in bordello
in bordelo stockroom says i can put 150 cheese inside. As you can see on picture(capacity :150):
I had 100 cheese made over night and put them all in bordelo. When pressed confirm. 50 was inside and 50 still in my inventory. I try to put them again but nothing happened. couldnt even discard any of it or put it in my house. I relog and...puff...they are gone.
Same is hapening from time to time with any item. If building not accepting it, it's still in inventory but lost.

Bug above appeared while stocking sand in my glassblower. Had Haxina as worker and when glassblover stay without sand i had 40 with me. Put all inside but when click "confirm" was only 10 sand in building and 30 still in inventory. I was not able to use other 30 sand in any way. Nor to put it in house or in glassblover or to discard it. When relog sand dissapear from inventory. Other players can sell sand normaly to my building.I tried to rrepeat it for 3 times and bug happened every time. Same thing happens if you have 20 sort of items in house and try to put new one. Counter goes as many times you click but after confirm, items back in inv and can not be used. They are lost for you. Lost many of items that way.

Seems that is no metter if it's 20 sort of items inside building. Lost seweral times different items same way and in building was arround 15-16 sort of items. It may be becouse of server lag I experienced all time last two days.
