Description:
I recently stumbled across a problem after creating a multi; I was losing money every day because it seemed to be resetting my cash amount back to what I had on hand when I created the Multi. Now, this may be intentional as encouragement to not create a multi; however, I realized that the reset could aslo work to my advantage. If I lowered the amount of cash I had on hand to below 9s9d (the amount I had when I created the second account) it would still reset my cash back to that amount the next day. So, I could actually gain money due to the reset. Now, I only had 9s9d on my main when I initialy created my multi (which has since been deleted) so it continued to reset each day to that number, but what if someone had 500s in cash? Would it reset them back to that very amount of cash each day? When I was losing money I learned that if I placed the cash into a building investment, it would be safe. The only thing that reset each day was the amount of cash on hand. So, in theory players could purposefully create a multi in order to exploit this cash reset by simply placing their cash in a building investment then just wait till it reset them back to 500 sheckles the next day then rinse and repeat.
