graaaahhh mit broke TU

Post by onionguy92 »

I've been stuck on the "Connecting to World" screen for half an hour. I have tried closing and restarting multiple times, even restarting my computer, and my internet connection is stellar. AND YET NO TU. GRAAAAAHHHHHHH

I am on 3G and it is happening to me. I doubt Mit broke anything. He would never do that......

This happened to me yesterday and then about an hour later it worked. I am not sure what could cause this.

I figured it was my unique setup: Macbook 13", Running Lion and Parallels with Windows 7.

Worked flawlessly for couple days, but seems to be buggy now.

I am sure it will get figured out.

My personal guess is some kind of server issue on Mit's end. Perhaps, in light of the recent discovery, there are tons of people online, and the server is unable to accept any more traffic. Hope the problem goes away soon, because if I can't feed my character in the next two hours, he dies. And I lose my grey sludge that I worked so hard to make.

not a busy-ness issue, but is a server problem. Am investigating, will let you know when its back online.

Problem isn't fixed yet, but the server is back up temporarily in debug mode. It'll probably go down again for a while in a bit to apply a proper fix

Ok sounds good. :)

It only seemed to happen at night which had me thinking it was just my 3G I was using at work for internet through my phone to Macbook.

I'm on a 3G via Phone Tether as well. But I never experience problems. :?
