battle bugs
Now with the spec mode disabled, I'd be ok with making "runaways" followers, except that for people with slow connections, it takes a minute to load the game after being connected.
If it's possible, perhaps people entering the game and respawning get a minute or two of protection against fighting, so they aren't ponced on the moment they enter the game.

Done in script. I will change this to kill in 0.61.6 rather than enslave, with appropriate warning for the quitter.would be nice if logging off during battle counted as a loss like it did in space, and auto-enslaved the quitter.
