ah, that looks like the town of junk, right below the cocohead turnpike, am i right? wes would you mind posting some more screenies to tide me over till i get back?
jaye, those trailer junk models would actually be awesome, say, instead of 1 item per yard, there could be a model which is a cluster of junk, old half truck, plastc flamingos, garden gnomes, and a barbeque, all over grown with weeds. could you make that? lol i cant really make requests since i cant be in galaxy atm. when i get back ill have plenty.

Stim, I'll post more later. The trailer park will more than likely be moved. I doubt anything that I have placed is permanent. I'm just getting a feel for which models would go together with each other. I'll post screenies of the other models I made that are very poorly made and textured. I am getting a little better at modeling and texturing, but I'm still a newb at it so don't be surprised at they came out. The other day I rode by downtown Houston and just happened to get some pics of the skyscrapers there so I can make some interesting looking buildings. As far as the trailer park goes, I don't think it should just have loads of useless junk lying around. Some of my friends live in trailer parks and those places don't actually allow people to leave junk lying around like that. If I do go for a very trashy place, I'll have to make a blue bus with no wheels. This is mainly because I have actually seen somebody live in a blue school bus in a trailer park. I'm not even sure I'm going to have a trailer park on my world. Who knows, It all depends on how many BDat slots I have left over after I'm done. Well, off to get those screenshots
Thanks Jay, I need it in .3ds format for the model and .bmp or .jpg for the texture.
I'm not very great at modeling or texturing (the trailers are my 4th model), but I'm sure that if I need to, I can remap it.
My email is wes773105333@gmail.com , and yes, that is my actual email address.
If you feel like making any other models, I'll try to use them. I mainly need various kinds of buildings such as skyscrapers, commercial buildings, and houses. Prettymuch, I'm going for a city that is more life-like than any other TU world has been. If you want to help, then you're more than welcomed to help, but only if you really want to help.
Anyways, thanks for the flamingo model, I'll post a screeny of it in-game once I get it. I'm about to post more screenshots of my models. Well, off to get those screenshots.

Well, I promised some screenshots and here they are. All of the buildings shown here were either made or textured by me. I use MS paint to texture my stuff and a lot of these models are very early attempts at texturing. I'll probably redo most of them, but right now I'm still trying to get better. If anybody wants to use any of these models for their worlds, feel free to ask and I'll send them to you. That includes the awesome looking vehicles I found online. Here they are:
Above is a picture of the local Awesome Auto Parts store. This was like the third model that I actually made. It's not the best, but it's decent enough to fill the slot until I get better at modeling and texturing. The car is a Nissan GTR that I found online. The car looks pretty good, despite a few mess ups in the texture.
Above is the first model that I made and fully textured. It's a tuning garage that people go to in order to tune their car. Most of the modifications that are done here are for performance and are not cosmetic. I just took this lamborghini countach into the garage, and now it goes faster, handles better, and has a new paint job... thanks go to Jmoyet for the awesome red texture. I also made the dumpster that can be seen behind the shop. I'll probably redo these models later on when I have more time.
Here are some of my earliest experiments with texturing. Zaroba had some models that were untextured and I played around with these to learn the basics. The one on the left is a very unique looking building. That was the first one I did. The one of the right is a factory looking building. I chose these buildings because they weren't just blocky buildings. They look cell shaded because I used MS paint and just colored them in. I found the dodge ram extended cab online. It looks nice. I don't think I'm going to use the dodge on my world. I already am using the old dodge model and an extended cab doesn't make much sense for racing.
that's all for now, I'll post more after I make more stuff.

BLACKENED CITY: CURRENT EVENTS
The construction of the new Post Office in Blackened City has been completed. It has been a year and a half since half of the city was overran with elephants led by members of an anti-postal service group. The newly built Post Office serves as a great reminder that when many mailmen join together, they can overcome the forces of evil. A grand re-opening of the post office will be expected in the near future. As part of the celebration, limited edition stamps featuring images of the courageous mailmen and mailwomen will be given away for free.
Local farmer and tire shop owner, Jorge Jamalejo invites you to join him at the reopening of Taqueria de Los Amigos! Buy one tortilla, get some meat to put on it for free!
Taqueria de Los Amigos used to be in a nice little building on the south side of town until it was closed down a year ago due to health risks like food not being properly cooked and the lack of a working freezer to store the meat. Jorge was determined that he wouldn't let health codes end his dream, so he invested in a dual axel trailer and built his own taco stand out of scrap that he salvaged from the junkyard. Being mobile means that he does not have to pass health inspections to be allowed to serve food anywhere in the city. Taqueria de Los Amigos can be found anywhere that you hear the taco jingle.
