Description:
It tells me I can't carry more of that item (any item) and my inventory is NOT full.

Note: I have a basket.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Make yourself a basket.

2. Gather 2 items.

3. Try to carry a third one.

4. Fail.

Investigating the case, I've found the direct cause:

If you make another basket while already having one. The new one will invisibly take space in your inventory, thus restricting you to only 2 items.

That'd need a fix.

should have been fixed tuesday evening
mit made it so Hat + Twigs would fail if you already have a basket.
