Well there are two possibilities on this false/true prophet situation. Maybe 3.
1: Mishka knowingly is the false prophet, sent out first to cause dilusion and dissent.
2: Gk is the false prophet, and is simply being played by unseen forces and made to believe that he is not. I have it on good authority to say he is just trying to do what he's instructed to do.
3: Neither are initially the false prophet, and whichever task is not completed by due time, will then at that time be labeled as such, and there are higher forces at work to divide us.
The henge told us, on both options, 'only the true prophet.....'. If it werre able to discern a 'true prophet' from the rest of us, it would surely be able to discern the 'true prophet' from a 'false prophet'. I feel the 3rd option is the most likely to be the case in our situation.
All in all, If it has been raining for years, the last thing that would be on my mind to build would be a tower. A tower does not adjust its height to the rising water level. Its just silly to think a tower could be our salvation in such a situation.
If Gk has any sense about him, he would realize this and concede to the fact that we're all being played and urge no more efforts be wasted to a futile cause as this tower idea.
