if anybody here watches the Discovery Channel at all, or did a year or two ago, then you have undoubtedly seen their boom-de-ah-dah commercials.

the commercial is very well known and the tune is very catchy and easy to remember due to how the commercial depicts natural scenes from the planet with the main message being that the world is a great place.
anyway, discovery actually wants people to make their own versions of the video. so i got to thinking, how nice would be a TU version be? just need somebody to strip the audio from that video and make a TU video with clips depicting all the scenes from the video. would be a lot of work, and needless to say, i'm not really that much of a video person so somebody else would have to do a lot of the editing. it would also likely need to be a group project using several players in the video and scenes from numerous different worlds. cutscenes might work nicely for some camera angles
so far, this is the idea i've had for scenes in the video.

Earths reflects off the astronauts visor - no clue. maybe a planet that looks like earth
I love big bridges
Golden Gate Bridge (i think) - suspension bridge that i have on ciroz
I love when great whites fly
killer whale jumping out of the water - no clue. but i do have a whale model
I love the whole world
photographer with telephoto lens - no clue
And all its sights and sounds
big city at night time - cities from Delivery Zone

crabbing boat dropping a pod - the old fishing boat in water with the waves set high with it going over some

indians dancing - no clue

surfer - maybe have the skateboarder avatar set as a boat and driving on some waves in an ocean

Mike Rowe in a sewer - no clue
I love to go fast
somebody in a rocket car going accross the desert - players in the F1 Car on a race track
I love egyptian kings
scientist looking at a mummy - no clue, if we could retexture one of the humanoids to look like a mummy, we could have somebody walking in it chasing another player
I love the whole world
monks - no clue - maybe a space shot of a different planet
And all its craziness
sub in the ocean with a small squid - no clue. i do have subarine and octopus models though

concert - no clue - maybe a ship blowing up in space

guy shooting a grenade launcher, then it blowing up in a building - player firing a missile from a tank, then a building getting hit by a missile and blowing up
I love tornadoes
person with a tornado in the background - no clue, we don't have disasters in the game
I love arachnids
bear grylls holding a taruntula - humanoid with an animated spider model half their size walking near them
I love hot magma
scientist near lava - player on a world near some ground that looks like lava
I love the giant squid
a squid swimming away from the camera - no clue, have the octopus model that could be used
I love the whole world
people sitting in a field - could set up a bunch pof players and/or npc humanoids in a field
Its such a brilliant place
fireworks going off in the field - the game has fireworks that can be done

steven hawking - no clue. we don't have any wheelchaired humanoids. be we do have an animated robot model

person diving into a cave - no clue - but mit did have that cave model that was being tested and might work with some modification

astronaut spins in the air, floating away - ji guess have one of the ships from the start of the video spinning backwards while the person recording slowly backs away to simulate the person drifting away
the phrase 'the world is just awesome' is shown on screen and then the Discovery Channel logo - have 'The Universal is just Awesome' and then the TU Logo and website?

worlds went down at around 18:00 GMT, (roughly 20 hours ago)
last world i could visit was a sabrada with just a townplint,
now there's only 1 active (password protected) world left,
and nobody online.
