tips for starting out on Zion?

so now that RB is over I need something to keep me occupied, so I went to Zion. Right now i'm transferring ore/steel to get money and I plan to build an Ore mine eventually... is this a good strategy?

zion is as dead as a dodo no point doing anything there but if u wanna dnt build ore mine or oil pump!
