bug maybe..?

Post by tipster »

This has been bothering me for a little bit, didn't think too much of it, but now it's really annoying. Ya see... When you have 2 of the same stock, one from a different player, 1 from your own. You try to stock the one from a different player onto your other building, it'll count the stock which has the most.

So for example, I have 100 fert from myself, and 50 i bought from someone else. I try to put that 50 fert into my other farm, it'll say I can't stock because i didn't buy it from another player. It counts whichever product has the highest number, and in this case, it's my fert i made. Thus, not allowing me to stock unless I either discard it, or sell it off slowly, THEN stock the fert i bought from the other player. But nobody is buying, so i can't sell it off until later on, and nobody wants to discard it and waste money. =/

And it's a shame I can't put the fert back into where it came from. You should be able to do that because what if by accident you took too much out or just took the wrong thing because fps lagged and the selection went down further than it was supposed to and was not noticed.

Also, it'd be nice if you could have a storage in your home, just to put items away so you can by-pass this bug when trying to stock up another building. but, this'd be useless kinda if the stock bug gets fixed.

Ok nvm the numbers part, it'll always count the self-stock first before others stock.

Its part of the game mechanics. If you own the stuff, you can't stock it in your home, and you can't put it back into your building to prevent self-stocking. If nobody is buying fert, then you have to either discard it or stock it back into the building in another way.
