How good is your Hosting Connection?

So how good do you think your internet is for hosting? Think its good?

Well Check out www.speedtest.net and put your internet to the test!
And while your there do a ping test (response time) at www.pingtest.net to see how good your internet ping is.

Hey at least you have very good ping morb!


I'm just waiting to see Zaroba's. He always used to complain about "lag" on my planet.

wasen't gonna bother with the topic since i already know my stats and could tell you the ping on the world, and if i recall, the pings on the world were only in the 100-200 range.

If other planets ping is in the 100-200 range and your ping is in that range then it sounds like your getting the best ping you can get. same as my planet has 13-50ping and your getting 30-150ping that means your at your internet connections lowest ping. And that also changes to how far you are on the map from the host.

i don't get 100-200 on all worlds.
it depends on other net traffic, distance to the world, upload/download of both parties, and other things.

i'm pretty sure our pings have nothing to do with my lag on your world, as i've had quicker downloads on worlds with higher pings.

Well for TU's low player count and rarely high action planets anything under 250ms ping is good.
