Problem, can't change username and password

Well, i started playingatractor and when i had fixed my router obviously i wanted to use the new computer but now my brother wants to create an dirtyspammer and i cant because hes got my username and password..

Delete the game folder completely and re-install.. When you next run the game it should bring up a window to re-enter the login and name details.

yes but it says,

connection refused, maybe the glaxay has a record of a connection from this computer or there is a conflict of username or password
Which i cant change because i logged on to the glaxy client from the comptuer

And with the a-tractor cleint, it says, only when he joins RB it says, password and username do not match.
