I haven't announced any sort of war, Project Citadel Crown was started long ago (yes, before you started with your base), I don't see why you seek any conflict, let alone seek hostility, but you will get none from my side in my development plan.... The BG headquarters will be constructed independantly and totally apart from any Galactic conflict.

The presence of the NR in the galaxy is strong these days. we do not detect this headquarters planet, however. citadel crown. i also tried project citadel crown

Project Citadel Crown BG Black Guard HQ halted till further notice. Till whenever Mishka can figure out how to get the world.exe to work on Windows Vista.

Eitherhow I announce the world thematic for the Citadel: Land war, like one of the hosted Cladens.

try right clicking on it and running as admin. i forget how to do it, but right click on the icon, and somewhere around there is "run as administrator" or something. that should do it, but yeah, vista has some very ... lamentable.... features.

Inform: Due to the banners getting smaller last update, the BG Black Guard has tried to change it to something bigger, but due to format and size issues, the banner change has failed.

Tuesday 23th of June 2009.

The Black Guard has been terminated on TU, since it and it's members are moving to other games.

The Black Guard and it's members leave TU with a warm goodbye, and welcomes other games which cannot be mentioned on these boards. Along with the father SR, the Black Guard has made history, and it's depature will relief the galaxy from it's rule, the galaxy will feel great relief.

The guild will only die on TU, it shall live on other games. Our expansion program has already started, and TU must be left behind.

you currently can make antiplazma sield in few yearth.
and citadel crown used to make coco , and nothing more

But if you'll make a coco shield , it can "eat" few plazma , like at 3 seconds.
it so many , becouse last 10 seconds isnt good , to put down all the microbs from citadel crown.
so i think we shoud use gaus blaster and plazma gun!
first gaus , then plazma.
