Long ago (at least a year) I signed up and lost my ship. all cargo when I ship hit the sun. I had to take a call and did not watch where my ship was going. As a result I have no credits. about 3 months ago I decided to play the game again as Ms. Winsor. However the game gave me the same ship with no credits. I may have done wrong but I thought I might have been deleted since it had been so long. Any way, I do desire to play The Universal but I have no credits. Is it possible to get a few credits that will allow me to play?
It's a bit weird if you haven't played for so long - normally your account would be recycled.
It sounds like it might just be easier for you to reset your character and start again (if you have only a basic ship and no money).
You can do that by logging into the game, and typing !resetme
Or, by using the "restart game" option on the menu of the latest version of the game.

No problem. Actually, there are ways an old account might not get recycled. Firstly, because the game recycles them only if they are needed. Secondly, because anyone who makes a donation to the game's development will never have their account recycled. Either way I'm glad you're set to go. Good time to return, too - new things on the way...
