Name: Wrong exchange information for Grandpri

Bug Short Description: It says it's 1s = 1cr but in the starport it's 1s = 0.1cr.
Steps To Recreate: 1. Go to Grandpri. 2. Watch how it says it's 1s = 1cr. 3. Go to the starport. 4. Watch how the starport tries to scam you by only giving you 1/10th of what it promised you.
