Wildlife weapons

im working on wildlife attacking. i got them to attack but i dont like the weapons they are using.. they are currently using a grenade type weapons.

Is there a way to change that?

as far as i can tell you cant change the wildlife weapon type. you can, however, change the grenade model. I used to have them throwing exploding swords.

then why did zaroba's sheep shoot evil eyes?

thats true, the evil eyes were some kind of homing weapon. Hmmmm. zar what weapon number was your homing weapon?

the sheep's evil eyes are programmed in just like there regular weapon.

HOW did you program the sheep to have a homing weapon? everytime ive seen wildlife have a weapon it was always the lobbing exploding projectile. not a homing exploding projectile. how did you change the sheeps weapon setting (not the model)? I'd like to make a short range melee style weapon for my wildlife... for example.

*i* didn't program it in. mit did :P

they only shoot the evil eye if you pester them a lot when using the wildlife ai setting where they will attack if provoked. its like they will use there little grenade %95 of the time they shoot a weapon and rarely use the evil eye.

but even on zoric, there was times i spent 5-10 mins following a single sheep honking at it constantly and only got grenades, only to have a different sheep shoot an EE from just driving by it once.

no, zar is saying that the wildlife have 2 weapons hard coded: grenade and evil eye. with the attacknig AI setting the sheep will use both weapons, but more grenades than evil eyes.
