1. Killing of other members of the galaxy for cargo.

2. Provoking others to do battle and ambushing them, even if they don't want the fight. Threatening, war making without declararion and for selfish reasons. Causing mass histeria and panic.

3. Disrupting the general peace of the Galaxy for selfish reasons: Power.
