How do I connect my planet?

i set it to find a free, open port and everything in settings seems fine. But it says "Error connecting to planet. Cannot launch. Iv tried many times all the same. Any help?

ohh this happents over and over, happent to me too, it was the router, he blocks you, you gota open a port, then write in some data file the number of the port, just take a look at older post plenty about this matter, but if still not working try do again, if not working the sever is prodbaly blokinga i have the same problem to but i can keep a conection alive for few mins
