Don't give up - you've just got it working :)
As I said earlier today... you've got the world networking stuff sorted out, the problem seems to be something to do with your internet connection. You said you had an 11mps connection... looking back at your screenshots, and reading between the lines, you have an 11mps
network connection (via 802.11b wireless networking). That's got nothing to do with the speed of your
Internet connection via a cable modem, or what have you.
If, as your diagram shows, you have a cable or adsl modem.. then in theory you should have enough bandwidth upstream to send files to players at a reasonable rate. But that would depend on your Internet provider... maybe they're not so hot. Maybe it was a bad time, I dunno. That could be one thing to investigate. Or... it could still have to do with your local networking setup. For example... you might have a great Internet connection, but perhaps your local wireless link to it isn't great... so it's dropping packets or something else to make the connection dodgy. I really don't know, it's a complex area. Usually it's something simple to fix, but there are many 'somethings' in that mix - finding the right one is what makes it complex.
This brings me to a final point, in answer to your question:

I'll reply with another quote, from one of our
