Description:
I was fighting with kb, i fired 2 gammas, then when i fired him with phasers about 10 seconds after his shields were still up, he told me he didnt see any gammas where as FBI who was in the system at the time told me he did see them.

If this was NOT Kb, i'll say "this is cheater and he uses Kotalo's Bug".
But this is Kb, very known as honour enemy, and he obtained this bug with you => he can't be cheater.
Anyway, IMHO, any Faction Wars are useless and senceless now. We must wait until "Kotalo's Bug" and other combat bugs will be fixed.
Now we can only do "training combats" - without missiles, without gammas, just to train maneur.
Sad, but true.
