Is Game Down

I was just Playing on planitia kicked me out and now game wont load is there an update or is it just down for a while .

The unv went down about 2 hours ago, when I was in sys 225. Lost connection. When I loged back in about 1 to 2 mins, I found I was back in sys 363 with a full load. There seems to be a hic up somewhere. No big deal, but I had to sell me full load for about 10 credits less pre unit, than I did befor the server went down.
