PeerConnection Error - repeated message

Post by Gawain »

Description:
An error message appears repeatedly in the chat area:

PeerConnection Error: File packet received but no transfer-receive active

I don't have any idea what causes it in the first place or what triggers repeats. Even while I'm "sitting" and doing nothing, the message appears. In small mode and in window mode...

I've only been on zion with the new update.

I have logged out of the game and come back in, and the error continues to appear repeatedly. Note that I usually leave the game directly from the planet and re-enter thet game by going directly to the planet.

However, after I launched into space (did not leave the game) and then landed again, I did not see the message at all.

The message is more an annoyance than anything else. I don't have to do anything to respond or to continue playing.

Steps to Replicate:
Have not gotten it to occur again. Yet.

its nothing to worry about.
its because the server is an old one and doesn't yet support the new and vastly improved transfer system thats in the patch.
