Havent heard of any problems with that in particular (and its the sort of thing that would generally get spotted pretty quickly). There are certain rules that mean you can't trade with ppl on the same ISP subnet, or god forbid, with multiple characters you've created.. but im guessin you couldnt possibly be referring to that, right? :]

sam isp... I referred a friend of mine who is in fact on acay isp... I asked him to buy my house and he said that it said that it wont let him buy it... So nevermind anyway, I'll referr non acay users. Thanks!

yeh then you found out he didn't want to play, so tried selling it to him for 1500s! and asked me to be the go between, i obviously told you this was cheating and not to do that.
oh well atleast you didn't do it, and i suppose you wouldn't now you know its not allowed.
