Yeah its really irritating. And ruins most of the space fighting part. I consider that just cheating. Please fix. :?

Uh, If your firing missiles, it doesn't make you go into red alert until they hit. Hence why I usually have a random stardrive destination selected and my mouse hovering over the button when I'm trading, specifically to avoid silly pirate people. I think this should be kept in the game, so that people who are just peacefully trading can peacefully trade.

Note: If you tap someones sheilds with laser fire first it will send you into red alert, at which point you can unleash all manner of nasty missile mayhem. Not a problem for me, most people can't track me if I'm actively avoiding them, which I do if anyone with any bounty jumps in system.

Erm, we already know everything you said here, I remind you we are pirates ( SR ). We fight very often.

"Silly pirate people"? Just call us pirates not " silly pirate people". If you dont like pirates, well its your problem, but the game currently allows pirates and pirating so as long as it allows it we will be there.

No insult intended. However I do find your (collective) attempts at (unsuccessfully) pirating me to be rather silly. Also, you are pirates, and pirates are people too! (Albeit second rate people. Joking) Hence, silly pirate people.

Dammit, no edit button, oh well.

Also, I'm not really against pirates, more against people that complain about things without considering the other side. For the most part, I'm quite happy with the game. I like the fact that you have to play intelligently.

For those who do not know.
You can jump under yellow alert.
About 75% of the right hard bar, between red and green.
