Chat Not Working Correctly

Description:
When some one else talks to me in a private coms channel or the starsystem channel (The player-made channels work fine and the guild too) it will only show one symbol or nothing when the send a message.

Here is a chat example:

Theros>Hi
^
Theros>Huh?

Some one said this could be a program interfering with the game. Also, I get a P2P Guarenteed failure after playing for about 30 minutes.

I think its the connections between players' computers and the data transfer from each and the server. When that happens, that player would probably vanish because your computer as lost the connection (no fault of your own, I think it happens to everyone). Just relog into the game and everything should be fine. You'll see the P2P failure is everywhere when you go to fight night tonight (¬_¬), there's gonna be quite a few players you won't be able to see but others will.

pssh my school pcs have faster net than me. i have an average net, but if i cant install TU on it or it's something like a felony like a fine or jailtime
