world freezes

Im posting on behalf of Bandfreak323

he says that when he tries to select settings on his world his computer freezes.

He would like to know if there is a simple fix for this that hes overlooked

Hmmm. What kind of computer is he running it on? As far as I know, there shouldn't be a problem, as lots of people use the server and its clients without problems. It could be that his computer is so full of memory that it's really slow and so freezes. Or it could be a problem with the client. Backing up his files somewhere and re-installing the client might do the trick.

davis has the same problem aswell.

servers barely use any resources, and when i say barely, i mean like maybe a fraction of a percentage.
