Anyone have military machinery models?

im looking for a Tank model tihs skin about the same size of the AAmobile model can any one help me? or if some one could tell me the same program that Zaroba and fooli use to make models that would be even better

i have a few other animated tanks. plus some older unanimated ones that used to be in the game.
