How do I save my world before I go to test it, and where do the files go?
EDIT: The main thing, really, is how do I change the owner's username? I put in the wrong one, and do I put my chap's name or accounts name?

Owner username is set in the file 'ServerConfig.txt' - open that up with notepad or something and it should be obvious what you need to edit.
With regard to saving your world.. on the server program choose the File menu and select Export World. This will create an .isl file with all your world settings, player records and customisations saved. You can then reload that using the Import World option on the same menu.
The .isl files do not contain models and textures you've set on your world, so if you want to back them up you'll need to make copies of your Data/Models and Data/Textures folders manually.

for the buildings you must use the separate 'Buildings Editor' tool... You can download it from the world creation section here.. http://theuniversal.net/worldcreation.php
