Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place... (Request)

Hi, everyone, and namaste!

I feel a bit awkward about asking this, since I already enjoy the game so much, but I wondered if I might humbly ask for there to be another 'female avatar' option. I like the one the game has already, but it's a bit 'blockish'. Could we have one with more curves?

TUWR's Download Section has a bunch of females that could be used

however, there not to detailed and only have crappy walk/run animations.
feel free to use em in-game until fooli makes some nice ones.

That'll expand things! (I just need to figure out how to use 'em to represent myself.)

Thanks very much!

There's never a problem with humble asking :]

More female avatars is definitely on my to-do list, along with more of every kind of avatar. I assume by "more curvy" you mean more like your typical lara crofty sort of character. It's quite unlikely that I'll do that - it's a bit sad, innit :)

If you mean "more natural looking" then sure, agreed.. I find making natural looking characters to be pretty challenging, and the existing female avatar (Eve) is indeed a little bit chunky in places. She's supposed to be "normal" rather than "plastic" tho :p

(PS: http://theuniversal.net/modellibrary.php?showcat=12 - not a standard game avatar (yet) (I really don't know what the implications of adding a cavewoman character to the game would be) but it's an option for any world builders out there. And also perhaps demonstrates that I'm slowly getting the hang of the curves, magic :p

heh.

actually looking at the cave woman model looks like a good candidate for anyone that fancied doing a bit of re-texturing work, for some new outfits n suchlike :)

That'd be exactly what I'm looking for! Well, not the Lara Croft look. I'm sure the male players will be disappointed by that, but more of a plain one would be wonderful. Especially one modelled along the lines of the philosoper/ sage/ druid avvie for the guys. I imagine using robes in creating might make it a bit easier to 'flesh out' things without having to concentrate on... erm... colors and whatnot? *trying not to betray the fact that she has absolutely no experience with creating such things*

Thanks for all your input and suggestions, everyone! *hug*
