Not receiving stolen cargo

Description:
The last three kills I've made in space I haven't received the traders cargo. My bounty has gone up but just haven't received my reward. Just seems like it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

Steps to Replicate:
Kill someone who has cargo and hope for the worst. Not sure how to replicate it.

he knew they had stuff since you can scan anothers ship to see what cargo they have.

Its closed. Has worked every since I posted this. Maybe the person just quit before I killed em.
