I do not really understand what you mean but with the system trade report you have access to every planets trading list without having to travel to all of the planets. You can buy a system trade report at every space station as well. Not sure what you mean but I hope this helped anyway.

You can buy a trade report when you enter the system (M209) but when you get to the space station i.e. The Republic, what you can actually buy is less than the items on the trade report i.e. there isn't some of the items listed in the report.

the trade report might not update every min of every day, it'd use alot of pc power to constantly update it for all the systems. also, people buying/selling stuff makes the prices go up/down.

so...if its only updated once a day, and people buy/sell stuff, it'd make the real prices differ from the trade report prices.

lack of some stuff is due to the fact that people may hve baught all the stuff the station had.

Can't the game directly check the prices, then?

it does update very regularly, and is usually accurate, but if someone buys something in the time it takes you to check the report and then fly to the station, that's just life - people beat you to the bargains sometimes. prices and stocks are affected by the actions of all the traders, as in real life.

So your saying that someone has brought;2294 tons of Plastics,23 Stardrive L8's,3 Stardrive L24's and 3 10t Cargo Bay Extentions since the last update (though it's been saying the same thing for three days) and why doesn't it show ;Organics,Luxury Items and Rare Metals with thier Buying Prices, someone can't have brought them :?:
Sorry if I appear to be a bit thick I just don't understand how the above can be right.

Sorry, should have said the list of goods was from "The Republic", Ihad just been there and while at the space station compared the Space Trade list with the Trade Report side by side so no-one could have got there before me.

As The Republic is playing up does anyone know where else I can get a L24 stardrive.
By the way I'm not knocking the game or conplaining I think Universal is great,my only complaint is there are not enough hours in the day to do the other things I have to do as well as play Universal, possibaly it should carry a goverment health warning "Danger Addictive"
