MC doesn't remember wheel settings properly

With models with wheels

Description:
This has been a pain (albeit a small one) for a while. If you load a model with wheel submodels, then it won't display the rotation correctly. It works fine if you're just using "normal" mode. With all other modes it remembers the setting in the dropdown (so it does actually say "helicopter" or whatever) but the actual rotation displayed is wrong, and saves wrongly.

This is kinda related to a general problem I've noticed, in that model files should really include their own export settings instead of relying on the .opt file saved along with the model. If you have a model which needs, say, double-sided rendering, and you resave it (eg to rename it for your world, rescale it etc) then - unless you happen to know that it needs a special property saving, or you check all the export options just in case - you usually end up missing the special property that model needs.

That's why, for instance, the tree farm on Zion isn't displaying properly.

Generally it's not a huge problem if you know what you're doing, but I've seen a lot of worlds use models with the wrong export options, presumably because the world owner doesn't know about them or simply forgets to check.

As far as I can see the best option would be to incorporate the export options stuff in the .atm file itself...?
