Buy menu not disappearing

Description:
Opening up the purchase menu and canceling out of the menu causes the menu still to be visable.

The only way to temporarly fix is to buy an item.

Steps to Replicate:
Open purcahse menu,
Press Esc

If I recall right it was actualy fixed in one version.

you dont need to buy a product to fix it, just go to a building that sells something and click buy, and you should be at the screen were you can pick how many you want, so just press page up to return to the previous menu and everything should be ok,

Note:i think it happens in all versions
