welcome.jpg problem

ive got it set to show welcome screen... anything i try to use for my welcome.jpg gives an error message that it cant open it when i go to land.... no other details than that in the message tho.

and its not downloading to the client

have u done *updatewelcome ?
If so, whats the size of the jpg? only reason i can think for it not loading is that its too big. (welcome jpgs should be kept to 800x600 or less)

yea i didnt realize the command.. i figgured out if i restarted the server software it would make the .dat file and work right
