0.49.4 patch

Just a lil patch this one, mainly to finish off the functionality of the frontend server list so that you have access to some servers using the gal client, even if both the galaxy and chat server are down, as they are now.
If you've used your finite drive in the last week or two before the central servers went off, the game should have stored the list of planets and all should be accessible. If not, then the game will use a basic default servers list.

The patch has various other wip bits in it, which are all too wip to warrant a mention (and are mostly inaccessible anyway), and some minor screen & menu tidyups that are too trivial to warrant a mention.

It's good that at least theres an offline list that's updatable. (or am I mistaken?)

yes thats what i mean

it seems to use the default atractor list when either server is connecting
