So how do we get sound in then...eh?
um.. ah. right. :]
Well you could call up a directsound interface yourself and use it directly, tho of course that doesnt really fit with the whole idea of having the arcade.dll pluginable and modular.
um, the sound stuff i use in-game is 95% pants, and not really fitted to making a dll yet, but it could (and should) be done at somepoint. I'll have a look if i can get a basic set of functions separated and made available next time i get a few hours spare, but no promises that that will be done soon. :/
