Is there a way to fill out the new player screen once and not have to again. Because everytime I start the game I have to fill out my name and Email and all that. That isn't really a problem for me, however, the problem is that everytime I go to a planet I have to fill it out again. This is a problem because if I run the game full screen, when that window pops up the game freezes, So I can only connect to a planet if I'm not running the game in fullscreen and I can't resize the window so everything looks really small.

hmm...sounds like something went wrong with the install or the link isen't starting the game in the folder where it stores files.

your only supposed to have to fill it out once when the game starts up, then it gets saved to be used anytime you start up the client and join a world.

something you could try is right click the link on your desktop (or whever it is) and select properties. make sure the 'start in' field is the same as the Target field except for the TheUniversal.exe at the end of it.
ie. if the target is C:\Program Files\Universal\Clients\TheUniversal.exe
make sure the start in field is C:\Program Files\Universal\Clients\

It is the same. The .exe is in "C:\Program Files\TheUniversal\Galaxy.exe" and the start in is set to "C:\Program Files\TheUniversal\" it still does the same thing. I also tried setting start in to "C:\Program Files\TheUniversal\Clients" and it doesn't work.
