47.7 beta dev patch bug?

i just downloaded the 47.7 dev patch. when i try to enter the a world. the game just freezes and i get somekind of message popping up wanting to know if i want to report the error to microsoft....

both chezzie & I are getting the same problem on trying to exit the space station at Phong, -can moved down menus & buy/sell ok, but game crashes out whenever trying to launch from the station - doesnt make a difference whether we use the F key or mouse-click the launch icon.

donwloaded the standard, rather than dev, patch

Beta & Public patch are both the same link.

I don't seem to experince it...*hands over to staff*
The last version I have is 0.47.5 full install...
It'd be missing a few space thingys but I could upload it laterr...

Try pressing esc while in the station...see if that helps...

hitting esc doesn't do anything

noticed on bug reports Alphawolf is having same problem at x-11, so definately not just this station

I have a theory - chezz, alphawolfe and myself were all docked in stations when downloading the new patch - maybe this is the problem. If someone can relocate me space-side, I can check the theory by re-docking and seeing if it will let me out again

I myself was docked in a station (Iridis) while upgrading. No problems.
(Unless your updating while In-game : In the station...that's a diffrent story)

Well it was working when i had my cargo bay on my space ship. but i type in !resetme and after i reseted myself it wouldn't work, I found 47.5 saved onto my computer so im just using it.

oops, sorry, my bad. Should be fixed now in 0.47.8
(Along with another fix for a strange, intermittent bug whereby i'd occasionally get 'couldnt load atm model - file seems to be incomplete', for no apparent reason.)

is fixed.
also fixed stardrive bug

but no more stardrive swirlyness of the colourful graphic nature - just a white screen. Ho hum.
