I know how to go to sabrada etc with the inf drive and it is great, but how do I get to other galaxies or planets? If I press F6 then I get a galactic view. I want to go somewhere different. Is it possible?

suggestion: when a galaxy name is hi-lighted you can see a list of worlds there or... you can have scanners and more opowerful ur scanner is the further and more accurately it can show you the worlds in that galx.

travelling about the systems shown in the f6 view is done using a stardrive. Select the star system you want to go to and click the stardrive button in the cockpit view - thats assuming you have sufficient stardrive fuel and range.
As seer says, infimp-ing to those planets will show you just about all the active worlds atm, if visiting planets is your main interest. Stardriving etc is currently only really necessary if you want to do gal trading (and will become more important later as more worlds are made available - terraforming soon ;] )
