Crashing when entering The Republic, problem after small mod

When I try to enter The Republic, it crashes.
I see the welcome message, but not long after that, the screen goes black and the usual windows error pops up.

After going to small mode, PageDown is accelerate, and PageUp is to slow down. It isn't fun when you figure it out in front of The Republic...

Its been gone for ages. Probably to stop deliberate spamming.

asked mit about that a while ago, he said: "post counts were removed as they're a bit pointless and jus encourage spam posting"
its still possible to see them if you know where to look.

actually i had a theory when i removed post counts that the first person who commented on that would probbably be the biggest spammer ... well done vdz
