models
the hut is 5800 polys .. which is a bit extreme for the design.. I suggest perhaps havin a look at tools or techniques to optimise that down a bit..
(Although it might not seem a problem to you when you view it, it makes for a bigger downloads (and world owners dont like their bandwidth used unnecessarily) and players with lower-end computers will get a drop in framerate. And if you've got say.. 50 of those on the world all in view at once, thats over 290,000 polys, which is gonna affect the framerate on even the best computers.. I'd be looking for something more around the 100 - 200 poly mark for a building of that complexity).
(Hope you dont mind the constructive criticism)

alot of detail can be put on the texture and doesen't need to be in the model itself.
the hut can just be a cone with a rounded pyramid ontop. easily under 100 faces total
stuff like door frames, windows, etc can all be in the texture.
plus, players don't usually see the models in-game very closely.
so lack of smoothness wont be noticed easily, so even if thiers only 15-20 devisions around the outside of the cone or rounded pyramid, it wont be noticed unless a player is zoomed all the way in.

well its straw not stone, and my models are amde this way because i work for a mmorpg and we can use models like this plus im using a whole new program wich is frustrating anyway thanks for this constructive critsium ill ahve to keep it in mind when modling for the universal. (btw if you woundering what i use currently,i startes using cinema 4d i use to use 3ds max and some times verry unlightly milkshape 3d)The stone walls clash with the wooden roof poorly
