Yep. It happens every time I start the game.

I thought it may have been wise to check out my program files/universal folder.

And... there was no intro.jpg!

I'd like to know why it may have mysteriously disappeared... is it meant to be there? (I think so...) If not can someone please kindly send it to me via MSN or something?

After I say "retry" (the other options were "ignore" and "abort") then the game loads- with the intro pic. Why?

just redownload the game it only takes a few minute =)

When you open the .zip make sure you EXTRACT the files,not Drag em' to the clients folder.

For some odd reason,if you drag files from a zip,it doesn't put them in folders so you probaby will have files were there not supposed to be (Like the intro.jpg in the same directory as the program).

Oh and if your reallllyy lazy, Just download the full client install and let it do it's job.

Nah- i'm not that lazy, and I do extract my files. but I'd like to know the actual "source" of intro.jpg in a typical working installation. Do you get that file with a full client download? is it included in every patch? Perhaps I may just download the whole thing again then. ty.

i think it should be in the clients/data/space/intro folder.
thiers a background.jpg thier that is the intro pic.

my client gets the same error, but it will usually still pop up the picture after 20-30 secs.

It's Clients/Data/Textures/intro1.jpg (Meaning that the file is in the Textures folder)
The Intro folder holds the stuff when you first make an account. (Biplane jebus anyone?)
The File is included in the Full Installation.
