making models don't really make a difference when it comes to world owning

anybody can use any models in the game, and i have about 300 buildings and vehicles saved up from the time i started playing that can be used .

hmm...your 14?
in game when you were talking to me about this you said you were 17.

actually, age kinda does matter.
this is due to the whole fiasco of 10dollars buying a world and being somewhere around 15.

wells it is only 40 dollars up front for a planet, though i believe that is subject to change. So ya 40 dollars wouldnt be that hard to scroung up even if you are a kid save up some cash here and there and you'll have it in no time.

when 10dollars got a world, he found a place where he could misbehave all he wanted to without anybody punishing him. so he banned people for no reason, cursed people out, etc. mit got tons of complains, had a little chat with 10 that probably went something like "if you don't stop i'm taking the world away". hoped all would be fine, but then a while later mit had a second chat with him.

the decision was made to be very cautious of giving out a world to a younger player.
true, age doesen't matter much wehen it comes to maturity, but thiers a hell of alot more immature 14 year olds then thier are immature 18 year olds.
