I seem to be refused connection.

For some reason I cannot connect. I either get "Connecction Refused" or "Connection Failed" If anyone knows anything about this issue I would love to hear about it.

Chances are you've made a second account, you're going have to get one of your accounts deleted. So either post one your GALACTIC names here [not ur nickname] or here.

um, no.. :] chances are its a duplicate character or a name already in use.

seer's answer is correct.. multiple usernames registered to one computer, or the same username registered on different ones will block access to the galaxy.
An automated system for dealing with these situations is wip.. in the meantime, giving us one of the duplicate usernames allows us to wipe the character.

There should never be any need to change firewall settings to run the client.

check the username isnt already registered.
