I need an inf drive

On biplaneworld I only managed to get 14.9 galactic credits (I wasn't allowed to change any more) so I never purchased an inf drive. I went back again but was not allowed to purcahse any more galactic credits. I even tried buying something else with my galactic credits but I was still not allowed to replenish them. Can anyone help?
