lol, what, your giving up flying now just because you can't land good?

third time i'm posting how to easily land any plane on any planet and why most people crash instead of landing:
zaroba wrote: it is easy to land a plane. all you need to do is have patience.
hit delete to lower your throttle until your flying slowly. then point up/down to slowly descend. keep vsi at -10 and wait until you touch the ground then hit delete to stop. do ONLY that and EXACTLY that and you should land perfectly every time.

people crash alot because they don't just slowly descend from 200 feet slowly coasting accross the island, then turning around and repeating it until they touch the ground or going back up and finding another spot. people will usually descend quickly and then pull up to slow the descent and accidently touch the ground in the process. or will have the throttle all the way up trying to land fast instead of being patient, and will be trying to use the up/down to touch down, but since thier flying fast will touch down too fast due to the speed. then after touching down, you have to keep from bouncing back up so either have to keep the up arrow down, or hit delete to lower your speed some more. its also easy to acidently take off again if driving fast and then hit the up arrow to get back down and crash right away.

Meh, don't attack me, my initial initial post was in hopes that you would take the advice "practice makes perfect" (Still sure that my 2nd initial assumption is still correct though :D ).

Lol, where do i start with this one? What is a second initial assumption you dumbass? Initial means first. lol. Just stop embarrassing yourself. And stop using words that you don't know the meaning of. You're better off putting all this behind you and moving on instead of trying to think of something clever to say back to me. It hasn't worked so far...

Pfft, point being, no one gets far in this game without practicing, 99% of the vets here will tell you that one. And as for initial assumptions, I would've assumed that you would've practiced more than what I've seen you do, before coming here and complaining. I've got enough problems on the other servers without having to hear you whine that you can't land your plane (Yes I am aware of how I fly planes, however I don't complain about it!)

That doesn't deal with the point i raised about what you said. Once again you've missed the point.

I'll say this again. You're a child who is evidently incapable of holding a proper conversation. Please stop trying to argue with the big boys. You don't have to keep typing this rubbish you come out with. Most of it doesn't even make sense.

[private joke]
*has a noob v2 thrown at him*

FLYING IS SOOOO HARD!! I KEEP BLOWING UP!! OHNOES!!!.org

anyways...
no need for insults :)

most people drop to fast when trying to land [well how else do you crash apart from slopes?] or have trouble making "minor" vsi adjustments... tiliting is for minor changes, throttle of med-high changes.

anyways... if u still feel like continuing the slamming match then do it here :)

it ias hard to land a plane, I can land it 8/10 times now through practising, BUT! its very inconvient especilally in a fast plane such as a Fighter to A) Find a nice clear road near to where i want to go, to land on as houses and other buildings when hit will increase my altitude B) Slow down enough not to drift across the island and not fly into the sea. Therefore i propose a LONG runway be built on Sabrada to accomodate all types of planes. I find myself always whan i attempt to land at Sabrada International airport it is TOO short to land on!

They have a solution to that... they're called cars. I always thought planes more of a recreational thing than transportational.

yea really. its faster to go anywhere on land in a car then to take off a plane, turn to where you want to go, and then land it.

if it were not bugged on sabrada [or other places too? seem to need it on reina afaik] you would need it to be able to fly a plane.

you can hit f8 to lock the mouse then just turn by moving your mouse left or right
