Blank Patch's on the ground, How to fix?

I am noticing alot of blank patchs all over Sabrada. Like it is not loading the land image. There are other parts that show the same texture fine. What coul dbe the cause of this and how to fix?

it could be somebody laying road tiles when thiers no overlay picture available for the surface.

trying going to that block and typing .surf to get the properties of the tile you are on then it will showing you the text number that is missing

It does it to the ones I have done myself. Like on the racetrack. Which are all the same.

I will give that a try, but I already know which one I have put down. I have even tried removing and putting back and then later it will be back. Some places it is one square, some are more then that.
