cant login says sum1s using my username

When i start game it says it cannot connect cuz sum1 alredy uses the username i had a while back. It wont let me make a new one cuz its all gray and says i wuld be making a double username, it is impossible to play if i cant change it pls help me.

my current username is jack which is obviously being used by sum1 else or something
i want my username to be sugarhigh3000 which is my forum username

its been a few days and surprisingly the problem did not solve itself so i still need a little help

also maybe it was my playername not my username, perhaps when setting up i set my player name as my username thinking it was my player name, all i know is bak when it was atractor i played wit jack and now when i start it up it wont login and stuff. im confused
