cant fix v 1.4.0

ok, i used to be able to at least get into some worlds, but now i cant get into any worlds at all because it says i need version 1.4.0.

i downloaded the patch but i dont really understand what to do next. plz help, im about to cry.

Just do what you think is right.. y'know?
Un-zip the files to Universal/clients folder. The other thing where that other thing is. just overwrite things..

is there only supposed to be two file in the unzipped folder? cuz thats what it was showing on my computer. i used those two to overwrite the files in the clients folder. i then used the old shortcut on my desktop and it still comes up as version 1.38

when i try to use the one in the clients folder called galaxy, it still doesnt work. instead it comes up as texture file loading error.

well now i downloaded 1.41.2 and i overwrote everything and its still not working, screw this im just gonna download the full version and see if it works then.

EDIT: its fixed now
