Missing DDL File

ok Hey I played this game ALONG time ago..but yah i decied to come see if it was still around..and odviously it is lol but yah i just downloaded the Game from the Downloads section and installed it and when i tried to open it i got a missing DDL file notice and i contine to get it..

any Suggestions?

wonder if it's a problem with bass.dll.? ie: no soundcard installed.

Try getting Direct X updated

I get exactly the same problem when i try and load the game, and yes, it is a problem was BASS.DLL
The error is exactly as follows:

"Tractor.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point BASS_StreamGetFilePosition could not be located in the dynamic link library BASS.dll."

I have Direct X 9.0b installed and i also do have sound installed. I use the onboard sound on my motherboard (Nvidia Soundstorm chip, part of the NForce2 chipset.....and actually alot better than an audigy i had) so there is no issue with sound capability.

Take the Bass.dll file from C:\Windows\System and cram it into your C:\Program files\Island\Clients Directory that should fiXx it up orrrrrr Delete the bass.dll from C:\Program files\Island\Clients but i doubt that is the probbb
